Four-page document signed in Fiume on May 31, 1911, by the officer in command, Fregattenkapitän Alexander Hansa (born in 1863, gazetted Kontreadmirale on June 6, 1914), and Gesamtdetailofizier Linienschiffsleutnant Ferdinand Ritz, (born in 1872, gazetted Fregattenkapitän on May 1, 1916). Rear Admiral Hansa was in command in the Bocche di Cattaro in February 1918. See The Cattaro Mutinies in The Ports section of my collection.
