1966/1968: Mixed Frankings: a) Envelope, homemade from a writing pad from a member of the North Vietnmese Peoples Liberation Army with a postage adequate mixed franking of Michel Nr. 232, 354 and 385 to East Germany from December, 28th, 1966. Light fold that does not affect the stamps. b) Xunhasaba folded bulletin (Printed Matter) that announces the issuance of Michel Nr. 247-248 and is franked with Michel Nr. 156,196 and 235 for an overall postage of 82xu to a stamp newspaper in West Germany. West Germany was a rather rare destination at that time. Customary transportation traces. c) Xunhasaba folded bulleting (Printed Matter) that announces the issuance of the military stamp Michel Nr. P5 and is franked with a mixed franking of Miche Nr. 112, 156 and 158 for an overall postage of 82xu to a stamp dealer in Ireland. Ireland was a very rare destination at that time.
