1975: a) Letter with a single franking franked with Michel Nr. 415 from December of 1975 sent to a contract worker. They had an address number that was similar to field post numbers of the military. Bottom right corner missing. b) Interesting mixed currency franking with Michel Nr. 89 and 115 on an air mail letter to Czechoslovakia. The 150 Dong value had been devalued by 1,000:1 so was only worth 15 new Xu at time of mailing. The overall postage hence amounted to 27xu. c) Mixed currency franking of Michel Nr. 68 (denominated in old Dong) and Michel Nr. 149 (denominated in new Dong) on a letter sent to the Soviet Union in 1960. Moscow arrival cancel on the reverse. One stamp appears to have fallen off.
