1964, 2 x '5 B + 5 B' dull purple, horizontal and vertical pair of consular fee stamps, perf. 12 1/2, each pair has multicolored overprint with boxed green "YEMEN and arabic year", red "Royal Arms" and black bars over inscription, together with 10 B red/black consular fee stamp with red overprint "YEMEN and arabic year", all stamps tied by handstamp CAMP MANSUR, 30-1-65, on registered envelope sent to Nürnberg in Germany. Very rare cover of Yemen Philately in VF condition! ÷ 1964, 5+5 B. Konsulats-Dienstmarke mit Handstempelaufdruck des Imam-Wappen in rot als senkrechtes und waagerechtes Paar und zudem mit MiNr.57a auf Einschreibebrief nach Nürnberg. Christoph Gärtner made his hobby into his profession. He started in 1984 and within two decades the Gärtner GmbH developed into a world leading mail order house for postal stationery and became a specialist for thematics and postal history.
In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
