Printed embossed colour postcard, with silver cloth applied, showing a view of a young girl wearing the traditional costume of the Canton of Appenzell in Switzerland stood beside a kid or young goat.

Publisher not stated, No Æ.157, undivided back.

Postally used on 9 June 1905 with Basel cancellations on red 10r stamp and sent to Miss Enid Croll, Sandy Hook, Frinton-on-Sea, Angleterre.

Fairly good condition, with some corner bumps, but dark rubbing to the bottom left corner and knock to bottom right corner.
