I personally believe these cards were withdrawn and never issued to the general public - I was fortunate to acquire a very small bundle (probably about 30) from a now defunct country post office 20-30 years ago. I have never seen another offered for sale by anyone else in that time.

5 - Refunds policy: All items offered as genuine unless described "As is". Lots with description mistakes can also be returned. No lots can be returned because of faults that are mentioned or visible from the scan. Lots that contain many items (e.g. collections, accumulations, lots of 10 or more covers) are not returnable. Refund is in the amount of final bid.
