1921: Old-time collection of hundreds of different mint stamps formed several decades ago, specifically for the 1921 general Wrangel surcharges on tsarist issues and on the trident o/ps of Ukraine, including lots of inverted overprints on both perf and imperf types, including eye-catching high values inverts, as well as many other varieties of great interest to the specialist. We note the 20,000r on perf 7r mint, missing surcharged values not listed in the catalogues, value misplaced above ‘posta’, etc, etc. Offered intact as received, huge potential for discoveries here, please inspect.

Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
