Stamp information:

Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet, with the real name Phan Van Hoa, was born on November 23, 1922 in Trung Hiep commune, Vung Liem District, Vinh Long province.
Within 70 years participating in revolutionary activities with many roles, Comrade Vo Van Kiet made many outstanding contributions to the revolutionary cause of Vietnamese Communist Party. He together with the Party and the Government implemented the renovation policy with dynamic, independent, creative thinking, diplomatic mindset, international economy integration, gradual industrialization and modernization in order to develop the country in the context of the world’s big changes. The Government awarded him the Gold Star Order and many other noble orders and medals.
In order to pay tribute and honor the great merits of Comrade Vo Van Kiet, the Ministry of Information and Communications in collaboration with the People's Committee of Vinh Long province issues the stamp set "Birth Centenary of Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet (1922-2022)”, including 01 stamp with the face value of 4,000 VND:
- Stamp size: 46 x 31 (mm).
- FDC frame: 190 x 110 (mm).
- Designer: Mr. Pham Trung Ha (Vietnam Post).
The special stamp launching ceremony is held on November 22, 2022 in Vinh Long province.
