The option of paying your seller directly by bank transfer no longer exists. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you must credit your PayPal or Mangopay account with this payment method. This action enables you to pay for your purchases (as soon as your balance has been credited). 

Contrary to paying by credit card or using a direct payment method, this payment method is not immediate. Adding money via a bank transfer can take several days.

Note: the option to credit your balance via bank transfer is only available if you have a euro account.

There are two options available to credit your balance via bank transfer:

1. Via the “Payments” tab

  1. Go to "Manage: Add money "
  2. Click on "Bank transfer"
  3. Read the instructions displayed carefully. They will enable you to make a payment to your bank. Note: the payment will not be made automatically via the website. You have to make the transfer yourself using these instructions. 

    Tip: you can print the information by clicking on "print it"

Note that the IBAN we ask you to use to make transfers is personal. If you want to credit your wallet again at a later time by bank transfer, you must always make the payment using that IBAN. You no longer have to add money to the website first.

Once the amount has been added to your wallete, you can use it to pay for your purchases. For more information about this topic, please read the article “I made a purchase and I want to use my available balance. What should I do?" 

2. Via your purchases page

  1. Go to "My purchases: To be paid"
  2. Find the transaction and click on "Pay"
  3. Select the delivery method
  4. Under “Select your payment method”, click on "Bank transfer"
  5. Read the instructions displayed carefully. They will enable you to make a payment to your bank. Note: the payment will not be made automatically via the website. You have to make the transfer yourself using these instructions. 

    Tip: you can print the information by clicking on "print it"

This option is only available if your seller’s country of residence is one of the countries eligible in Mangopay’s CGUs. If this is not the case, PayPal will be the only payment option available.
